To access the device, connect the LAN port of the V5 to your laptop through ethernet cable.
For Internet connectivity: If the internet connection is via a leased line, connect it to the WAN port of the V5. If it's through cellular, insert a SIM card.
Step 1: Open a web browser such as Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc.
Step 2: Enter "192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/luci" in the address bar.
Step 3: Log in with the following credentials:
Username: root
Password: LadderLogic#v5
Step 4: Once logged in, navigate to "System" -> "Startup" -> "Local Startup".
Step 5: In the third line, add a "#" before "cd /".
Step 6: Click on "Save".
Step 7: Reboot the device. Also, wait for 10minutes & don’t refresh the page.
Step 8: Log in to the device again.
Step 9: After login, go to "System" -> "Backup/Flashing" option.
Step 10: Click on "Flash Image" option.
Step 11: A browser option will appear. Select the OS version from the system desktop and click on "Upload".
Step 12: Uncheck the "Keep Settings" box, then click "Continue".
Step 13: Flashing may take up to 5 minutes.
Step 14: Login to the gateway by entering "192.168.1.1/ll_v5 " in the browser address bar.
Step 15: Use the following credentials:
Username: admin/root
Password: LadderLogic#v5
Step 16: Verify OS details on the UI.
Step 17: Copy the MAC address from the UI.
Step 18: Go to "ioeye".
Step 19: Choose the "Gateway" option.
Step 20: Select "Add Gateway" option.
Step 21: Paste the MAC address and submit.
Step 22: Then provision the IOT device from ioEYE.
Step 23 : Check the device by entering Masibus Mint command on ioEYE. Enter Port 1 setting command as well.
Step 25 : Set polling interval as 60. then save and reboot the device. Lastly, verify the data from messages.
