Getting Data from Sensors and Analyzers
Getting data from sensors and analyzers involves a process that includes sensor deployment, data collection, transmission, storage, and analysis. Following is the process how you can get data from sensors and analyzers :
Identify your parameters : Determine the specific energy-related parameters you want to monitor, such as temperature, pressure, power consumption, etc.
Select Sensors : Choose appropriate sensors and analyzers for each parameter. Consider factors like accuracy, precision, and communication capabilities.
Establishing Communication with Sensor or Analyzer : Check weather the communication between sensor and analyzer is established or not.
Data Collection : Implement data acquisition system to collect data from sensors or analyzers.
Data Transmission : Use IoT gateway (LogicLadder Cloud Connector Device e.g. V5) to collect data from multiple sensors or analyzers. Also we have to provide internet to IoT gateways (LogicLadder Cloud Connector Device) either through Ethernet or SIM . After establishing internet connection data will be transmitted securely to a centralized server via IoT gateway.
Data Storage : The data is now transferred to database (edge server) and it is then deployed to TSC Energy™
By following these steps, organizations can establish a robust system for getting data from sensors and analyzers, enabling them to monitor, analyze, and optimize energy-related processes effectively.
