Creating an account with TSC Energy

If  you are new to The Sustainability Cloud, you will need to create an account to access TSC Energy™ . You may follow any of the steps for the creation of your account

Online Purchase or Free Sign Up

If you have successfully evaluated TSC Energy™ as per your business requirements, you may purchase any of the relevant plans online. Alternately, you can experience TSC Energy™  by starting your 15 days free trial. The following steps shall navigate you on how you can create an account and get started.
  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the The Sustainability Cloud website www.thesustainabilitycloud.com
  2. Look for a button or link that says Sign Up on the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Enter the requested details. Please note that you are required to provide your work/official/company email id for your sign up request to be processed.
  4. Submit the form to complete the sign-up process.
  5. Check your email for a verification message from TSC. Click on the provided link to verify your email.
  6. Once your email is verified, log in to your trial account using the credentials you provided during registration.
  7. You can try any of the editions for a trail period of 15-days.
You will be required to provide a payment method once your 15 day trial ends. You need to update your payment method in your account profile.  We support multiple payment methods including credit card, debit cards, direct bank transfer as well as offline payment methods.

Offline purchase from LogicLadder or Partner

If your organization has already purchased the TSC Energy™  subscription plan offline from LogicLadder or any of our partners, you can activate your account using the following steps:
  1. Open your email which you have provided at the time of your purchase and click on the Activate Account link provided in your email.
  2. You will be prompted to fill in the credentials - First Name/Last Name & Contact Number.
  3. Once successfully registered, you will land on the TSC Accounts page where you'll be able to see the app(s) you have purchased after you have logged in. 
  4. Click on Application Menu   in the top right
  5. Select TSC Energy™ and you will be redirected to TSC Energy™ page. 
  6. Account setup : With this admin account is created for TSC Energy™ and now admin can further setup their organization and start exploring the application.
If you have bought your subscription from a TSC Energy™ Partner, you may ask your partner contact to activate your subscription.
