Recording Emissions in the Carbon Ledger

With your emission sources and consumers configured, navigate to the Carbon Ledger to log emission data. This module enables accurate tracking and management of greenhouse gas emissions across Scopes 1, 2, and 3.

Accessing the Carbon Ledger:
  1. Return to the Main Menu.
  2. Select Carbon.
Navigating the Carbon Ledger:
The left-hand sidebar displays a categorized list of emission activities, organized by scope:
  1. Scope 1: Direct emissions from owned or controlled sources (e.g., fuel combustion, vehicle emissions).
  2. Scope 2: Indirect emissions from energy purchases (e.g., electricity, heat, or steam).
  3. Scope 3: Indirect emissions from supply chain activities (e.g., purchased goods, business travel).
